Delivery Time Scales

It is always our aim to dispatch component parts on the same or next working day to ensure you have them as soon as possible.

During busy periods this may be longer.

Balustrade posts, handrail, custom assemblies, made to measure and larger size products may also take longer.

If you do require goods by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering and we will do all we can to ensure your products arrive in time.

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday & use services from Royal Mail, Interlink and Parcelforce couriers.

You will normally receive your item(s) within 1-7 working days.

1. Free delivery - 1 Hour Window

Within mainland UK delivery is FREE for all single orders over £50.00 ex VAT to locations within mainland UK.

When your order is ready for dispatch you will be sent a text message and/or email informing you of your assigned 1 hour delivery window.

If you are happy with the allotted slot you don't need to do anything - should you want to re-arrange this slot please follow the instructions in the email or text message.

2. Standard Delivery

Standard delivery charges apply to all single orders under £50.00 (ex VAT). (Only applies to UK mainland delivery addresses)

For all orders between £20.00 and £49.99 (ex VAT)

This service costs £2.50 (ex VAT) and is either a first class Royal Mail service or a courier service.

For all orders between £0.00 and £19.99 (ex VAT)

This service costs £4.95 (ex VAT) and is either a first class Royal Mail service or a courier service.

3. Lengths Over 3 Metres and Exceptional Circumstances

Package lengths over 3 metres will attract a delivery surcharge of £35.00 ex VAT.

In exceptional circumstances (particularly large, long, heavy or unusual items) we reserve the right to apply an appropriate delivery charge. In these cases we will always contact you to discuss this prior to any sale agreement.

4. International Delivery

We would be happy to quote air or sea freight for export purposes where required.

*The Highlands and Islands may be subject to an additional delivery charge which we will notify you about prior to processing your order.

Important information for first time orders with S3i

For additional security when paying with a debit or credit card we insist on delivering to the registered cardholders billing address only. This applies to first time orders with S3i Ltd.

For any subsequent orders we will be able to deliver to other addresses.
